Mental health to me means being able to be in touch with your emotions. Being able to understand your feelings and know how to control them. Mental health can be different and look different for everyone.
Mental health is the well-being of your own thought, feelings, and emotions. Good mental health is being able to operate well without mental factors standing in your way. To me, I feel my mental health is best when I'm stressed free and not worried about things.
Mental health to me means to like your inner self, your thoughts. I feel like you should always want to take care of your mental health. You should want to take care of that before anything else!
Mental health to me means being able to go about my days being genuinely happy and not even giving up on your bad days. Mental health is also being able to handle situations very calmly without overwhelming yourself.
Mental health is very important to me because it's your whole thought process: what you think about yourself and other, how positive or negative you are.
Mental health means how well you're able to handle emotional situations and regulate yourself without shutting or breaking down. Also having real coping skills and not just pretending like nothing is wrong.
